NEED TO RESCHEDULE OR CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT?

IMPORTANT NOTE: If you are cancelling or rescheduling an appointment any less than 48 hours (2 days) before your appointment date, you will lose your deposit. Deposits are 100% non refundable. While we are happy to reschedule your appointment with more than 48 hours notice. However, if you wish to cancel all together, you will lose your deposit.

We are open Tuesday to Saturday 11 - 6. If you are reading this during our open hours and wish to reschedule or cancel altogether, please CALL the shop at 905-577-6282. If we are unable to answer the phone at first, we are likely just busy, please try again shortly. If it is before or after our open hours PLEASE email the specific tattooer with the subject line CANCELLATION.

If you are trying to cancel an appointment and it is a SUNDAY OR MONDAY we need you to PLEASE email the specific tattooer with the subject line as CANCELLATION. i.e if you have an appointment on a Tuesday or Wednesday and need to reschedule, we need 48 hours notice in order for you to keep your deposit. That would mean we need you to email on the Sunday or Monday at the latest.
